Shepard Style Meme

I saw this meme long time ago, done by Isriana  Style Meme: Izalie. And I sketched it almost right away and it's been sitting in my sketch book for a couple of years. And then I suddenly decided to colour it. However, the original template wasn't avaliable, so I made my own, also changing Muppet style to Powerpuff girls style due to personal preferences.
